What To Expect

  • You will receive: an AntiGravity® Fitness Manual or Training Workbook

  • A meal break is provided

  • Practice teaching & spotting assessments

  • Be prepared to fully participate in the training: 75% or more of the training is hammock time, with the rest theory.

  • Successful completion requires you to be present for all hours and all days of the training.

Terms & Conditions

REFUND POLICY: Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to your first day of training will be refunded, minus a late cancellation fee of $50.00 USD. For cancellations made between 59 and 30 days before the start of the first day or training, no refunds will be issued. However, you may use this training fee towards any future training at FlightFORM Fitness. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date. In the unlikely event that FlightFORM Fitness, due to unforeseeable circumstances, needs to cancel or postpone a training session, the registered applicants will be notified, and any monies already paid will be either refunded or put towards a future training.

AntiGravity® Fundamentals 1 & 2 Teacher Training

  • Overview

    Fundamentals 1 & 2 are the foundation for all AntiGravity® Aerial Fitness courses. Although offered separately, they must be taken combined. After the training, you will be able to teach 3 specific classes to your students right away. This course will open the doors for you to continue your education in either AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga, or AntiGravity® Suspension Fitness as well as any of our Specialty (Secondary) courses.

  • AntiGravity Fundamentals 1

    Welcome to AntiGravity Fitness FUNdamentals One! Here you will discover the power, excitement and pure joy of moving freely in all directions of open space. Through this step-by-step technique, you will learn all you need to know to safely teach a “Decompression Session” (which includes zero-compression inversions) to the general public. You will also learn the ins and outs of the Harrison AntiGravity Hammock, the principles of the technique and the philosophy of AntiGravity in this fun-filled action- packed course. Your AntiGravity Fitness Instructor Trainer is carefully chosen and certified to share the AntiGravity technique with you. They are ready to answer all your questions and to give you wings to fly! Get to know all your fellow trainees and support one another in the process of learning. Welcome to Team AntiGravity. Open your mind to this new beginning, suspend your disbelief and enjoy the flight.

  • AntiGravity Fundamentals 2

    Welcome to AntiGravity Fitness FUNdamentals Two! We’ve got more discoveries to share with you. This course expands on your aerial fitness training thus far with many more new movement sequences, new wraps for inversions as well as how to teach and spot them with proper progressions and body mechanics. You will learn sequences from the AG SunSalutation Series, Flying Dog Series, Swinging Abs and more. You will finish the course with 3 solid lesson plans that you can share with the general public. Remember, your health is your wealth; these tools you are learning will bring about prosperity. Together we can do our part to heal the world. Thank you for joining us in this quest!

  • Prior to any AntiGravity Training registration

    1. Understand and adhere to all "Contraindications".

    2. Understand full participation of all training days is required.

    3. Understand no guests or video recording are allowed during training.

  • Requirements

    We do not require any specific certification. You should have a good understanding of the body and be comfortable teaching in front of a class. Flexibility, coordination, core strength are a plus.

    NASM & AFAA approved for CEUs: NASM 1.9; AFAA 15AntiGravity® Fitness is recognized by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America as a Continuing Education Provider.

AntiGravity® Just Kids 1 & 2 Teacher Training

  • Overview

    AntiGravity Fitness proudly introduces our program designed for children. This 3-day course provides you with over 75 original poses and sequences that promote play and develop imagination. These age specific courses range from 5-10 years old. Included are template lesson plans for 10 week sessions and for summer camps.

    The AntiGravity® Kids Training is supported by 3 years of beta-testing. Each trainee will receive the skills, and tips to successfully assist in the rewarding path of teaching children. It is a child's inherent nature to laugh, swing, spin, climb, flip and play. When a child plays the spirit soars. This training provides the tools to share this gift of flight with our future generation

    Specifically, you will receive:

    -10 progressive class designs for 5-6 year olds (for a 10-week progression)

    -10 progressive class designs for 7-10 year olds (for a 10-week progression)

    -Total of 20 class designs

  • AntiGravity Just Kids 1

    This drop-off course expands the curriculum, adding more teaching techniques and themed tricks for children. Each section has been carefully crafted to include swinging, spinning, stretching, gripping, and inverting. These techniques fine-tune the kinesthetic and vestibular systems of the body. Clear nomenclature supports brain acuity for the child, a crucial stepping stone in early childhood development. Trainees will learn verbal cueing, games and teaching tips to challenge them.

    The first day of training, the Water Series, focus on the flexible spine. This series has new poses and sequences with original names designed to engage and delight every child. Age-specific and developmentally appropriate techniques, classes range from 5-10 years old. Provided are template class designs for 10-week sessions. This course is supported and backed by our award-winning AntiGravity Digital Academy (AGDA).

  • AntiGravity Just Kids 2

    Day 2 and 3: Earth Series is about Inversions and Twists. This series has been carefully crafted to include swinging, spinning, stretching, gripping, and inverting - thereby fine-tuning all the kinesthetic and spatial systems of a child's body. Clear nomenclature supports brain acuity for the child. Trainees will learn new poses and sequences with verbal cueing, games and teaching tips to challenge any child. Also included are template designs for 10-week sessions. This courses is supported and backed by our award-winning AntiGravity Digital Academy (AGDA).

  • Current AntiGravity and/or Lagree Certification

  • A positive attitude, high energy, & a love for fitness

  • Prior experience in teaching Group Fitness is a plus, but we are willing to work with the right candidates.
