FlightFORM is a boutique fitness studio located in Vancouver, Washington, offering a unique combination of AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga & Fitness and Lagree—all under one roof. Our small group classes are designed to provide personalized attention, with options for private sessions and special event parties as well. Whether you're brand new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, we offer a variety of classes to meet you where you are and help you reach your goals—with strength, sweat, and a whole lot of fun.

AntiGravity® is a 50-minute class taught in a low-hanging, soft fabric hammock suspended just a few feet off the ground. In our Aerial Yoga classes, you'll stretch, strengthen, balance, swing, and even invert—completely free of compression. It’s a unique blend of movement, mindfulness, and play that leaves you feeling lighter, longer, and more connected to your body.

What is Lagree™?

Lagree Fitness is a high-intensity, low-impact, full-body workout performed on the Megaformer. This method is designed to challenge and support all ages, body types, and fitness levels, making it one of the most versatile workouts available today.

At FlightFORM, our 45-minute Lagree classes deliver a powerful blend of strength, cardio, endurance, core work, balance, and flexibility—all in one efficient session. Led by Lagree-certified instructors, every class is designed to be intense yet safe, with expert guidance to ensure proper form, plus modifications and adjustments to meet your individual needs.

“As someone who has battled with health and body image issues a good portion of my life, I can confidently say that my journey at FlightFORM Fitness has been nothing but a reaffirming and positive experience. I’ve tried a lot of different work out methods, diets and sports and nothing has given me results like Lagree.

I was a few months into being 39 and I had just finished a year of keto dieting. It definitely trimmed my body down (about 8 pounds) which was a lot of weight for my body type and height to lose. The goal wasn’t to be as skinny as possible but more so to reset everything. Detox from the overload of cortisol I had pumping in my body from a lot of work and personal stress. Once I had accomplished that I had realized how weak my body was. I had lost fat and muscle. My body ached and I just didn’t feel strong. I was edging closer to 40 and didn’t want to be this frail little thing. I wanted to feel strong and healthy.

After one class I was hooked. It completely transformed my view on being fit. What does it mean to be “healthy”. No longer killing my self over the number on the tag inside my jeans and more focused on how do I feel. Am I strong?
